The Mobster... Mark Edwards, started his adult life as keen food lover, well mostly beer lover, but it's in the same genre. Son of an Austrian Mother and South London Father, he learnt the basics of food survival from his inspirational Omama in a village called Stinatz in Burgenland, Austria, who whilst bringing up her 7 kids, fed the family from the land, slaughtering her own chickens and pigs.
Mobstress, Helen Edwards (was King)... voila The King Edwards, has worked for toptable.co.uk for 10 years, immersed in food and eating & drinking trends. They met in a pub 13 years ago, finally they come together in the workplace to unite their foodie passions!
Fleisch Mob came about through a love of cooking and all things Austrian and the wicked new Ldn Street food revolution! We think London is ready for a taste of the Austrian thing, bring it on. We want to mix it up a bit and show Londoners how the Austrians like to eat, drink and party!
